Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days upon receiving the item to make this report. Please provide a proof of images that the item is already damaged upon receiving. All items that are open and used are not acceptable to make this request.
If the items are found to be defective upon receiving with proof. Please contact us at mail support@maki-studio.com for assistance. You will be eligible for a replacement.
